Working as a volunteer in Peru
Peru – sights, beautiful nature, and some rich cultural heritage. With about 23 million people living there, Peru is the third largest country in South America. In Latin America, Peru is most known for its cultural sights such as Machu Picchu and Lake Titicaca.
On arrival at the airport in Cusco you’ll be picked up by a representative of your language school and taken to your host family. Due to its location in the Andes as well as the relaxing atmosphere, Cusco is said to be the most beautiful city of Peru.
There are many social projects in Peru. They range from working with children, to health projects and wildlife protection.
Tip: A combined visit of Peru & Ecuador
From Peru, you have the opportunity to take a bus that will take you directly to one of our partner schools in Ecuador, where you can either foster your Spanish skills or support one of our many voluntary projects. For more information go to „volunteer packages“ to find the right project for you.
